Transcript: Here are some ways that you can relieve the pressures and stress in your life. - Yoga - Anywhere, Anytime. Yoga is a very in-expensixe, easy way to naturally reduce the stress in your life. It focuses on your breathing pattern, which is very relaxing and meditating. This breathing, combined with very effective stretches that vary in level of flexability are extremely effective. You take a break from all your troubles and become deeply emmersed in this meditative state that does wonders to your body and mind. The great thing about yoga, is that you can do it anywhere, and anytime. You can take 30 seconds to close your eyes and breath in and out, or you can even throw in a yoga DVD and do it along with the experts. Personally, I find this very effective in my life, and I recommend yoga to absolutly everyone. Many people who are struggling with stress turn to the books for help. When you are stessed, sometimes all you want to do is take a break and forget about eveything that is going on. Have you ever heard of the expression,"Getting lost in your book."? It is very true. When you are reading such a good piece of writing, sometimes you get so into the book that you totally forget what is going on around you, and you feel that you are in the book, actually watching what is going on. This tecnique not only gives you a break from your life, but actually gives you a moment to clear your head and re-focus on what you have to do. Sometimes we overthink things and get a little carried away, and reading is a great way to clear your head and start fresh. Eating Healthy is the Key to Happiness. Have you ever eaten a chocolate bar because you were just so hungry, then an hour later feel crashed? Yes, junk food will do that to you. They temporarly fill you up with unheathy materials, which later on gives you a,"gross feeling", side effect. This can cause you to have mood swings, and will make you feel terrible. It is so true when you hear that eating a balenced diet can change your life. Giving your body the nutrients it needs to function will not only make your body feel better, but will make you as a whole feel better. You will feel more awake, more energized, and you will even have a clearer head. This will help prevent stress to begin with by starting off your day with a clear head and a better ability to focus on what really matters in life. There are so much more ways to relieve stress. Jogging, playing sports, talking to a friend, taking a hot shower, and watching a favourite TV show are just some more examples of these ways.
